JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support Change Management:
- Create Changes
- Communicate with process stakeholders
- support Change Manager in daily business
- Support Service Management:
- Create Presentation for Service Reporting
- Collect Data and prepare Data for reporting
- Analyze data to find optimization measures
- Learn how to manage IT Services in large SAP environments
- Learn about collaboration in international teams
- Learn about collaboration with service customers
- Other ad-hoc tasks
Place of internship: Prague
WE REQUIRE
- Full-time university studies or studies at a Business College (economy, IT)
- Knowledge of English - communication level (B2)
- Knowledge of Czech - basic level (A1)
- Knowledge of German (level B2) is appreciated
- Availability to stay for a period of 6 months
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Knowledge about IT processes and / or ITIL
- Knowledge in usage of ticketing tools (i. e. JIRA, Service Manager, ServiceNow)
- Good communication and presentation skills

- Reward between CZK 170,- and CZK 200,-/hour (depending on the study phase)
